A native San Diegan with extensive contacts and broad operating experience in San Diego real estate, Mr. Cruzan currently is co-owner of Cruzan Monroe a real estate development and investment company. He is also past chairman of Burnham Real Estate Services.
Mr. Cruzan is active in the San Diego business community, serving as a member and forum moderator for the Young President's Organization (YPO), a member of the Policy Advisory Board for the University of San Diego's School of Business Administration and as a board member for the National Association of Office and Industrial Park's San Diego chapter. In addition, he is a founder and past chairman of Burnham Way and past board member of Children's Museum of San Diego. |
