Dennis J. Kuester is Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank and Chairman of Metavante Corporation both headquartered in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Mr. Kuester is the Federal Advisory Council representative for the Seventh Federal Reserve District. The Council meets quarterly to discuss business and financial conditions with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington D.C. and is composed of one banker from each of the 12 Federal Reserve Districts. He is also a director of Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital Krueger International Super Steel Products Corp. Wausau-Mosinee Paper Corporation and Marshall & Ilsley Corporation.Born in 1942 Mr. Kuester received a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM). He is a native Milwaukeean and supports his community by serving on the board of directors of the YMCA Wisconsin the Pabst Theatre and the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Mr. Kuester also volunteers at his alma mater where he is past President and Director of the UWM Foundation Inc. and past President of the UWM Business Advisory Council.Mr. Kuester joined the Modine Board of Directors in 1993. |
