Dennis Hammer is responsible for the Company’s Financial Reporting, Investment Accounting, Reinsurance Accounting and Collections, Budgeting and Accounts Payable. Dennis joined Crum & Forster in 1979 as a Special Projects Manager. His career has included a number of financial positions including Internal Audit Manager, Treasurer and Controller. Dennis’ current responsibilities encompass SEC reporting on Forms 10Q and 10K, Statutory Accounting, management of Reinsurance Collections and Investment Portfolio Accounting. He is also Chairman of the Crum & Forster Disclosure Committee and spends considerable efforts evaluating and monitoring the Company’s system of internal control and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Dennis is a 1971 graduate of St. Peters College in Jersey City, New Jersey. He received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. |
