Mr. Gutwald is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Las Vegas office and a member of the Gaming Law Group. His practice focuses on all aspects of gaming and liquor law. Mr. Gutwald's recent work includes client representations before the Nevada Gaming Control Board, Nevada Gaming Commission, Clark County Liquor and Gaming Board, Las Vegas City Council, Mesquite City Council, as well as the North Las Vegas Business and Henderson business license departments on liquor and gaming related issues. He has also assisted in the preparation and review of gaming license applications for jurisdictions around the world and has assisted in the acquisition and sale of numerous gaming properties. |
