Ms. McGarry joined Mezz Cap in January 2006 as Vice President of Production & Marketing, responsible for mortgage banking and Lender marketing initiatives primarily in the southeast. She has over eight years of conduit/fusion underwriting and related structured finance experience.
Prior to joining Mezz Cap, Ms. McGarry was a Director with Fitch Ratings in their Structured Finance/CMBS group in New York. Her primary role with Fitch was on rating new CMBS issuances.
Ms. McGarry's previous experience included working at Royal Bank of Canada's U.S. subsidiary in Atlanta with a primary focus on commercial real estate lending and underwriting in Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas. She also spent five years with JPMorgan Chase's underwriting and origination group in Atlanta.
Education
Ms. McGarry received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her MBA at the University of Georgia in 1998 with a concentration in real estate and finance.]
