As Vice President of Client Services, Denise is responsible for the overall satisfaction of CommercialWare's clients and the delivery of our services and support programs. She ensures the delivery of industry leading customer services by reaching out to our client base to broaden the scope of our services offerings.Denise brings more than a decade of experience in the retail industry, retail technology and software consulting business. Denise has been an integral member of CommercialWare's team since 1998, working not only to deliver product and services to our clients but also to develop and improve our Services and Support teams. Denise has been instrumental in influencing every department within CommercialWare and leverages her domain and industry expertise to drive the Client Services division. Denise has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from Trinity College. |
