Ms. Wildes also frequently represents banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions in the purchase and sale of distressed debt securities and the assignment of claims in bankruptcy. Ms. Wildes represents the official creditors' committees in the Chapter 11 case of USG Corporation, an ad hoc committee of bondholders in the Owens Corning Chapter 11 cases, and ad hoc committee of unsecured creditors as well as JPMorgan Chase as administrative agent in the Armstrong World Industries Chapter 11 case. Ms. Wildes has also represented the creditors' committees in the Chapter 11 cases of RSL COM USA, Inc., Acme Metals Incorporated, Barney's, Inc., Orion Pictures Corporation, Hillsborough Holdings Corporation and The LTV Corporation cases. She has also represented unofficial committees of creditors in the out-of-court restructurings of S&A Restaurant Corp. and Rowe International.
