Demetrios Mallios was the founder and Principal of Stratus Capital, LLC, a firm focused on corporate incubation and real estate development financing. Since its inception in February of 2006, Stratus Capital, LLC has participated in several real estate development projects in the United States and the Caribbean, and also launched a brand in the health and fitness industry, Fit15.com, which it is a shareholder. Mr. Mallios is also responsible for all marketing and sales efforts of Fit15.com. In September of 2005, Demetrios Mallios founded XCITE Brands Inc., where he currently holds the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Xcite Brands, Inc., Mr. Mallios was employed by Bank of America Investment Services Inc. as Vice President/Financial Advisor from 2003-2005, where he managed $139,000,000 in private corporate and individual client assets. Before joining Bank of America, Mr. Mallios was a co-founder and Principal of EquiGroup Private Capital Management in 2001, where he was responsible for the management and investment strategy of its private client assets, along with developing the firm s marketing and sales strategies. In 1998, Mr. Mallios entered the financial services industry by joining UBS PaineWebber as an Associate Vice President/Financial Advisor. In 1988, Mr. Mallios Co-Founded Unique Musique Entertainment Inc., where he held the position of Managing Partner, and by 1998 had built Unique Musique Entertainment Inc. into the 3rd largest private entertainment company in the Tri-State area, with annual revenues exceeding $3,000,000. |
