Ms. Gaeddert is an accomplished business leader, consultant, and psychologist focused on building talent management solutions for executives and organizations.
Prior to becoming President of Lominger International, Ms. Gaeddert served as COO of LeaderSource, also a Korn/Ferry Company, in Minneapolis. As COO, Ms. Gaeddert led the business development and consulting operations functions of LeaderSource, in addition to her role as an executive coach.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, she was president and co-founder of QI International, a consulting firm dedicated to improving the way organizations manage business relationships with customers, employees, and other stakeholders. She was also a recent practice leader with Personnel Decisions International.
Ms. Gaeddert is active in the community and many professional organizations. She co-authored Quality on Trial, McGraw-Hill (1994) and is an adjunct professor for the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota.
Ms. Gaeddert is a member of the American Psychological Association and Human Resource Planning Society, a former board chair on the Bethel College (KS) Board of Directors, and current chair of the Committee for the Future of the College. She is also a board member of Search Institute and Urban Samurai Productions.
Ms. Gaeddert holds a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bethel College, Kansas. |
