Debra Wolfe is a highly skilled telecommunications market researcher, specializing in small business and consumer market research for new service and product development. She excels at both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, which are exemplified in her focus group moderation and survey design that get to the heart of a research problem. In addition, Debra successfully leads service trials, testing new products and services with potential customers before they hit the market. Her hands-on experience with the services and repeated direct contact with trial participants is just one example of her ability to become totally involved in her work while retaining complete objectivity. Debra is also very capable at integrating both the analytical and business issues of the data she explores to provide a complete view of the data in a context appropriate to a project's research needs.
