Debra Stouffer, Senior Vice President of McDonald Bradley Inc.'s Civilian Solutions Group, is responsible for McDonald Bradley's Civilian, Homeland Security, and Law Enforcement Government clients. Her responsibilities include business development, profit and loss management, strategic planning, staffing, client relations, quality assurance, technical direction, and group operations. In her role at McDonald Bradley, Ms. Stouffer is directly accountable for her business unit's financial, contractual and operational results. She oversees corporate technical initiatives including the Enterprise Management & Governance Core Competency.
Ms. Stouffer, a 30-year IT veteran in the public and private sector, is a recognized "thought leader" with a solid record of achievement in leading large-scale, enterprise-wide IT programs. She is well recognized in the area of business performance improvement by both industry and government executives. Prior to joining McDonald Bradley, she held private sector positions as Senior Vice President at Digital Management and Vice President at BAE Systems Information Technology. As a senior government executive, Ms. Stouffer served as the CTO at the Environmental Protection Agency and as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Ms. Stouffer was an active board member of the federal Chief Information Officers Council and was a key contributor to Office of Management and Budget IT initiatives, especially the establishment of the Federal Enterprise Architecture. |
