Debra Huang advises clients on diverse matters in litigation, including trade secret misappropriations, securities and corporate disputes, and intellectual property litigation. She also advises on dealing with the defense of alleged business and white-collar crimes, and on responding to government investigations of these matters.
Prior to joining Foley Hoag LLP, Debra was a litigation associate at the San Francisco office of a national law firm. She also served as a legal intern for the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria Faculty of Law, South Africa. Before entering law school Debra was a research analyst in the Neuroscience Research Laboratory of Stanford Research Institute International, and served as an Americorps member.
