Debra M. O'Connor has been executive vice president and chief financial officer since March 2006. Prior to that time, Ms. O'Connor served as senior vice president and chief financial officer, financial and treasury services since April 2002. From June 9, 2000 to April 2002, she was senior vice president, controller and treasurer of ACGL. From 1995 to June 9, 2000, Ms. O'Connor was senior vice president and controller of Arch Re (US). From 1986 until 1995, Ms. O'Connor served at NAC Re Corp. in various capacities, including vice president and controller. Prior to that, Ms. O'Connor was employed by General Re Corp., and the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. Ms. O'Connor is a certified public accountant. She holds a B.S. degree from Manhattan College. |
