Debra Healy Deem is the Managing Partner of the Orange County office and the Co-Chair of the Firm's Financial Institutions Litigation practice. Ms. Deem focuses her litigation practice in the areas of bank and finance, mortgage company disputes and real estate issues.
Ms. Deem has been a panelist on creditors' remedies, debtors' rights and provisional remedies for the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Ms. Deem is a member of the Executive Committee of the Provisional and Post-Judgment Remedies Section of the Los Angeles County Bar, and has served as Chair of the Section. She is also a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. Ms. Deem serves as the director of the firm's Litigation Training Program.
Ms. Deem received her B.A. magna cum laude from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona in 1976 and her J.D. in 1979 from Loyola Law School.
