Debbie is a New Mexico native and has been at the firm for her entire professional career. Debbie practices in the areas of white collar criminal defense, civil rights and general commercial litigation. In addition, she has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in False Claims Act cases.
Debbie is very active in the community, presently serving on the Board of Homeward Bound and Arizona Town Hall and as a Life Member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee. She is also very active in Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the membership organization of Arizona's criminal defense lawyers. Debbie has two grown daughters (and a son-in-law), all of whom live in Portland, Oregon.
