Since her arrival at Health Partners, Debra Kircher has made a tremendous impact on the operational side of its business. She joined the company in 2002, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her position. With a background of more than 20 years in developing and managing business units and business development teams, and successfully applying technology to solve business issues, Ms. Kircher is a proven leader. She has demonstrated knowledge in strategic planning, operations/information management, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation and administration.
Ms. Kircher received her bachelor's degree in Education with honors from West Chester University, and holds a Masters in Jurisprudence from Widener University School of Law. |
