Deborah Johnson is a recognized industry expert on electronic discovery, web hosting, and all related document management issues, including data retention to ensure regulatory compliance. She uses her many years of experience to advise international law firms, securities investigators, international financial institutions and governmental entities on the collection, preservation, review and production of electronic documents in all phases of M&A, securities investigations, complex litigation and antitrust matters, including Hart-Scott-Rodino. She has trained, advised and led electronic discovery project teams for some of the nation's most visible bankruptcies and securities litigations of the past decade, including Enron, Tyco, WorldCom and Adecco.

In addition, she has published articles on the impact of corporate compliance on litigation and data management.
