Deborah is responsible for the global human resource practice. Prior to joining ROO, Deborah had her own consultancy where she worked primarily with small and medium sized commercial and not-for-profit companies including the USTA. She began her career at IMG where she was responsible for the HR practice for all New York operations including IMG Models, Artists, Sports Marketing, Publishing and TWI divisions. In addition to IMG, Deborah also held senior level human resource positions at Ford Motor Company’s Retail Division, SFX Entertainment and Madison Square Garden and Radio City Entertainment. |
