Deborah S. Lorenz serves as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. She is responsible for defining and implementing strategic and proactive communications programs and for continuing the Company's ongoing mission to increase shareholder value. She brings more than 20 years of experience in investor relations and corporate communications, as well as a solid background in finance, to this position.
Ms. Lorenz served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at PerkinElmer, Inc. for nine years before joining Lipid Sciences. There she was responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhanced the Company's communication with financial analysts, shareholders, the press, customers, and employees. Prior to joining PerkinElmer, Ms. Lorenz was Assistant Director, Investor Relations, for British Petroleum, where she served as a primary contact with Wall Street. In each of these positions, Ms. Lorenz introduced the Company to securities analysts, portfolio managers, and institutional and private investors in the U.S. and Europe.
Ms. Lorenz is a member of the Senior Roundtable of the National Investor Relations Institute. She received her BA degree from Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY. |
