Deborah is responsible for overseeing Solenture’s executive outsourcing services. With her exceptional customer service standards, Deborah manages the team that provides executives at client organizations with high-touch service throughout their careers from the time they are hired or promoted to the executive level through the retirement process. Since joining the firm in 1992, Deborah has overseen the integration of systems (including PeopleSoft, payroll, etc.) to help clients manage total compensation for their executives, the development of interactive Web-based communication tools in support of executive benefit programs, and the spin-off of a deferred compensation recordkeeping firm. Deborah has received extensive training in Section 16 reporting, various human resources systems and processes, human resources management and accounting. She participates in the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and the National Center for Employee Ownership. |
