As daughter of company founder Tom Fleming, Deborah Fleming Wurdack literally grew up in the pharmaceutical industry. She has worked in all areas of Fleming, from business administration, to manufacturing and distribution, to product development and marketing. Today, as Chief Administrative Officer, Ms. Wurdack has established a solid reputation among healthcare professionals as a forward-thinking businesswoman who is positioning the company for aggressive expansion through licensing agreements, business partnerships and new product development. To that end, she has assembled an executive team with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, bioscience and financial management fields.
Another of Ms. Wurdack's priorities is to ensure customer and employee satisfaction with Fleming's products and services. "Pleasing the customer is key to our business success, and I do what I can to make sure the end user is not only happy with our products, but with the service they receive from us," she states."I also want Fleming to be a place where employees wake up in the morning and enjoy coming to work," she continues. "I am committed to our employees and making this a successful company for them and their families." Ms. Wurdack has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University. During her free time, she attends her children's and grandchildren's athletic events, enjoys a large variety of arts and crafts, gardening and traveling.
