Deborah Harper has been successful in the recruiting industry since 1987. After achieving senior certification and national recognition with an established international recruiting organization, she established Harper Hewes, Inc. in 1993. Ms. Harper participates in multiple formal and informal recruiting organizations. In 2004 she was a featured presenter at the Top Echelon national convention, and currently serves on an advisory panel for US-Recruiters.com. She is active in community and professional associations, currently serving as Vice President and board member for the Rochester Womens Network, and served on the board and in leadership positions the Association for Women in Computing for many years. In 2003 she was awarded the AWC's National President's Award. Ms. Harper is a founding trustee and past chair of the Rush-Henrietta Education Foundation, where she currently serves as Scholarship Chair.
