Debi Muchow is Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, reporting to Michael J. Fister, President and CEO. She is responsible for all human resource functions for Cadence around the world, as well as Cadence University.
Muchow came to Cadence with 18 years of human resource and organization development experience. She was most recently the HR Director for Research and Development with Intel Corp. and previously held other leadership positions with the company. Prior to joining Intel, Muchow was the HR Manager for the public transportation system in Portland, Ore.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Linfield College, along with Senior Professional Human Resource accreditation from the Society for Human Resource Management. |
