Ms. Kokinos has been with the company since May 2003. Ms. Kokinos has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984 and has extensive experience in accounting, management, taxation and computer consulting.
Ms. Kokinos was an owner of a large CPA firm with offices in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. Her clients included local and international individuals and businesses. She was also the chairperson of the Channel Counties Chapter of CPA’s Tax Committee and a member of the California Society of CPA’s State Tax Committee working with and providing training for other CPA’s and federal and California taxing agencies.
Ms. Kokinos has established, organized and documented the policies and procedures of CPA firms and of small to mid-sized companies. This included the evaluation of the existing systems and individuals. The result was the acknowledgement of individuals within these companies so that as a team a workable infrastructure was developed and maintained. As a result, development, productivity and revenues increased.
In 1999 Ms Kokinos established her own CPA firm and has worked with individuals and small to mid-sized companies troubleshooting their established business and personal practices. Helping them to evaluate and change their practices so they can meet or exceed their goals.
