Debby Garrow joined E. A. Hughes & Company as Vice President with over 25 years of experience within the retail sector. She has served in various management roles in retail as well as wholesale merchandising. She held the positions of President of the Enzo Angiolini Retail Division of Nine West Group; Senior Vice President/GMM of Filene's & G. Fox-Divisions of May Company overseeing the merchandising of Shoes, Accessories, Cosmetics, Dresses and Intimate Apparel; Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Victoria & Co.; Vice President of Women's and Men's Shoes at Lord & Taylor. Her desire to continue to use her retail resources brought her to a new role in 2006 in the Executive Search arena with MRI (Management Recruiters International). She has a clear understanding of the retail business and works to build partnerships with each client and candidate she meets. Debby has a strong commitment to the Breast Cancer cause and is active in her local community efforts.
