A graduate of both Georgetown and Johns Hopkins Universities with an advanced degree in International Affairs & Economics, Debbie has been in commercial finance, real estate mortgage banking and lending for 20 years as both mortgage broker and lender. Beginning with New York commercial banking at Chemical Bank and correspondent mortgage banking in Philadelphia, Debbie joined the national real estate mortgage underwriting team at John Hancock Life in Boston for almost a decade. Afterwards, she represented GE Capital for 5 years in New England in direct real estate lending with GE BAF and GE Healthcare Finance. Debbie has been involved in all property type financings around the U.S., investing over $1 billion of institutional funds throughout her career. She is involved with a host of civic activities including music ministry with local churches and she has been an active fund raiser in support of homeless shelters and food programs. Debbie enjoys golf, music, biking and especially raising her beloved daughter. |
