Debbie joined Variant Partners in 2005 and focuses on recruiting technical professionals in the energy industry. While Debbie handles a variety of power engineering disciplines, she has a special focus on transmission planning and operations.

EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Variant Partners, Debbie worked for 8 years in software engineering. She has held the roles of developer, analyst, project manager and program manager on various software tools and systems. Debbie also spent several years developing and maintaining websites for nonprofit organizations.
