DeAnne initiated and developed Lindquist & Vennum’s immigration practice. She assists employers and foreign nationals with nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, naturalization, consular processing and I-9 compliance.She has experience securing employment- and family-based immigrant visas, as well as nonimmigrant visas for executives and managers, business visitors, workers in specialty occupations, trainees, entrepreneurs, and religious workers. In addition, the majority of her pro bono practice is devoted to helping people seeking asylum in the United States.DeAnne also has substantial experience litigating antitrust and real estate matters. She has been named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics.Before joining Lindquist & Vennum, DeAnne served as law clerk to the Honorable Russell A. Anderson of the Minnesota Supreme Court. |
