Ms. Polizzo joined NorthMarq Capital in May 2005 and is presently a producer in the Greater Westchester NY/CT Regional office. She is currently responsible for expanding the origination of commercial loans in the Westchester and Rockland New York counties and the Connecticut region. Ms. Polizzo began her career in real estate at Column Financial in Norwalk, Connecticut, in 1993 where she was an original member of the Northeast region loan origination team responsible for generating approximately $100 million in commercial mortgage loans annually. After spending five years at Column, Ms. Polizzo went on to become the Securitization Sales Coordinator at Greenwich Capital Markets, where she was involved in the start-up of a $1 billion+ commercial real estate loan sales unit. Prior to joining NorthMarq, she was a Vice President with Greystone & Co. in New York. Her responsibilities there included originating multifamily & ALF loans in accordance with Fannie Mae & FHA guidelines; locating additional funding sources or partners for equity transactions, joint ventures and health care acquisitions; and expanding the firm into previously untapped markets. Throughout her career, Ms. Polizzo has managed lending territories in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Northern Mid-West and has securitized over $4.5 billion in commercial mortgages. She received her B.S in Business Administration- Finance & Accounting from Bryant College in Rhode Island and is currently pursuing her M.B.A in Finance. |
