As Chief Financial and Operating Officer, Dean Andretta is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of PH Tech staff and client services teams. Dean brings the PH Tech team over a decade of health care experience from both the provider and payer sides. Dean has served as CFO for physician-hospital organizations and independent physician associations. He has provided financial and strategic oversight for managed care contracting in health maintenance organizations and integrated delivery systems. Dean's strong HMO and financial skills in IBNR, contract reconciliation, claims processing, fee schedule analysis and impact, and cash management provide him with a keen understanding of organizations' needs for fast, accurate claims processing and payment. As principal and founder of NW TPA, Inc. (merged with PH Tech in 2000) Dean's practical experience is surpassed only by his reputation for integrity and commitment to meeting customer needs. |
