Dean Smith is a principal in the tax service area of EKS&H and has been involved with public and privately held businesses since 1990, providing tax and consulting advisory services to a variety of industries. He has assisted numerous clients with federal and state income tax planning, compliance, and merger and acquisition. He is one of the firm’s specialists in FAS109 and FIN48.
Dean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado. He is an active member of various professional and community organizations. |
