Dawn earned a M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado in 2001 and a B.S.E. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1994. Prior to joining Picosecond, Dawn held a variety of human resources positions at Computer Sciences Corporation, ChannelPoint, and most recently at Opuswave Networks, a subsidiary of Siemens. Dawn has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2001. As Human Resources Director, Dawn is responsible for managing all aspects of Picosecond’s staffing, compensation, benefits, staff development, and employee relations to ensure that employees are productive, motivated, and retained. |
