Ms. Kerner joined RatnerPrestia after working as a summer associate with the firm. Her practice encompasses all aspects of Intellectual Property protection and enforcement. Ms. Kerner earned her J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law, where she was awarded the Dorothy Day award for excellence in pro bono activities. While in school, she did extensive work for the Lawyering Together pro bono program and spent a summer working as a law clerk for the Delaware Attorney General's Office. She was also a managing editor of the law school's Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Ms. Kerner earned her B.S. in Engineering Science from The College of New Jersey. She focused her studies on Electrical Engineering and Business Management and graduated cum laude. While working toward her degree, she served as a tutor for the Mathematics and Sciences Academic Enhancement Center. She was also a member of the school's chapters of the Society of Women Engineers and the Golden Key International Honor Society. |
