Ms. MacGregor practices in Brown Rudnick's Estates and Private Clients Group, which represents individuals in family law matters pertaining principally to marriage and divorce. She practices in all areas of probate and family law including divorce, child support, custody and relocation issues, property division, alimony, enforceability of pre-nuptial agreements, probate litigation, and estate administration. Ms. MacGregor frequently represents clients in significant and complex matters, and regularly works with expert witnesses including mental health professionals, and business and real estate appraisers.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Ms. Macgregor was an Associate at White, Inker & Aronson, where she concentrated her practice in family law and domestic relations. In addition, Ms. MacGregor served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court in Suffolk, Middlesex, Norfolk, and Bristol Counties.
