David Work retired from BP as a Regional President in 2000. At BP, he coordinated activities with seven E&P business units. Mr. Work's prior experiences include: BP Amoco Group Vice-President of E&P in London; BP Amoco Executive Committee member; Amoco's SVP of Shared Services; Amoco Group VP of worldwide exploration for Amoco; President of Amoco Egypt; Vice President of Amoco's Houston region and Vice President of Exploration for Africa and the Middle East Region. David Work started his career in 1970 as a geologist working in exploration in Western U.S. and Alaska for Amoco. He has a M.S. from the University of California, and a B.A. from Wesleyan. Mr. Work serves on various boards and remains actively involved in professional organizations such as the American Petroleum Institute and the Geological Society of America. |
