Dave joined NorthMarq in 2006 when the Milwaukee office was opened. From 2000 to 2006, he was vice president of Richter-Schroeder Company in Milwaukee where he was personally responsible for increasing the Freddie Mac servicing portfolio in six years from $18 million to more than $300 million. He also developed and managed the staff in handling all aspects of the loan process, and he closed the largest single permanent loan in the history of the company. Dave is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with both a BS degree and a Masters of Science degree in accounting. He is a member of the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association and an associate member of Wisconsin’s Commercial Association of Realtors. He is experienced in handling construction and permanent financing of all types of commercial real estate properties. Early in his career, as an investment analyst with Freddie Mac, he developed a specialization in the financing of multifamily properties. |
