David has over 10 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry. A graduate of the Citadel, David subsequently worked as a Senior Account Executive with Intermedia Communications focusing on providing voice and data services to large enterprise and wholesale accounts. David went on to become a co-founder of Rapid Link, a leading provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services and a leading global clearinghouse. As Senior VP of Global Business Development for Rapid Link, David was responsible for structuring agreements with international telcos and ISPs, for building out Rapid Link's global network and for growing annual revenue to over $50 million in less than 4 years. David founded DOW Networks to focus on providing niche international business markets with customized voice and data services. |
