Mr. Wickman serves as the Compliance Attorney for the MBS-ProClose. His duties include monitoring developments in federal, state and local laws and regulations, interpreting and implementing regulations as they apply to forms inventory, and developing forms specifications for form images and calculations in conformance with regulatory, agency and investor requirements. Prior to joining MBS-ProClose, he was a compliance associate with the West Coast Conference in San Bruno, CA. David is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law, and has earned his B.A and teaching certificate from Providence College. |
