David Wexler is a Principal and Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer at Cubellis. In addition to his role as head of Cubellis’ finance and accounting operations, David brings an in-depth knowledge of the tax, business and interpersonal dimensions of mergers and acquisitions, partner relations, incentive compensation, buy-sell agreements, ownership transition planning and management, and other strategic and operational business planning. David joined Cubellis after an extensive career in public accounting, specializing in services to the A/E industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hartford, and earned a Masters in Architecture Degree from the Boston Architectural Center (now Boston Architectural College). He is actively involved in numerous professional and civic activities. |
