Mr. Walker is the Director of the Programs of Accountancy and Social Responsibility and Corporate Reporting in the College of Business at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and is a consultant on corporate governance matters roles he has held since 2002. From 1975 through 2002 Mr. Walker was with Arthur Andersen LLP serving as a partner in the firm from 1986 through 2002. Mr. Walker also serves on the Boards of Directors of Chicos FAS Inc. CommVault Systems Inc. and Technology Research Corporation Inc. and served on the Board of Directors of Paradyne Networks Inc. until the September 2005 sale and merger of that company. Mr. Walker chairs the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Technology Research Corporation Inc. Mr. Walker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University with majors in economics and mathematics and a minor in business administration and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with concentrations in accounting finance and marketing. Mr. Walker is a CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner. |
