Mr. Van De Hey joined Actel in 1993 as corporate Counsel, became Secretary in 1994, and has been Vice President & General Counsel since 1995. From 1988 to 1993, he was an associate with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation, a law firm in Palo Alto, California, and the Company's outside legal counsel. From 1985 until 1988, he was an associate with the Cleveland office of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, a law firm. |
