Dave Streich has been affiliated with SpaceDev since July of 2003 and has more than 15 years experience in human resources and organizational development.
Prior to joining SpaceDev, Mr. Streich was the corporate director of human resources at Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC), a developer of high-performance communication semiconductors headquartered in San Diego. While at AMCC, he was responsible for company-wide success in staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and organizational development. Mr. Streich has also served at Qualcomm Personal Electronics, the Leadership Research Institute, and Rohr Inc. At the Leadership Research Institute, he was responsible for organizational analysis and skills development for top executives at Pfizer, American Express, First Data Corp., Champion International, ESPN, and Cablevision.
Mr. Streich received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Organizational Communication from San Diego State University, and has served as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Communication and Journalism at that university teaching undergraduate courses in communication theory and research. |
