David Saxner started DSA, Inc. in October 1989 with the intent of creating a relationship-driven firm specializing in the investment real estate industry. He has successfully recruited the top talent in the real estate industry since the early 1980s. Under his guidance, DSA has developed a reputation for long-term relationships and repeat business. He enjoys a 23-year relationship with his longest standing client, placing more than 200 executives for that organization (and its numerous affiliated companies) over the years. David has had several clients for whom he has developed and placed 50 to 100 professionals each. Successfully growing companies from small to large organizations and bringing in new management teams to failed companies are special skills David has acquired. His experience includes placements at every level from Vice President to CEO and Partner in companies representing all product types, including office, retail, apartments, hotels and industrial. Prior to founding DSA, David was the General Manager of a 21-person firm specializing in the national placement of executives in real estate, banking and accounting. He led that firm to increased revenues and profit each year of his tenure. Before his promotion to General Manager, David was the top revenue producer for five consecutive years and won numerous awards for his record-breaking sales production. |
