David Salzman joined Campbell & Levine in 1984; Mr. Salzman holds a certification from the Commercial Law League of America as a Board Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist. His practice is focused in the areas of debtor/creditor law, insolvency, bankruptcy, restructurings, commercial litigation, commercial arbitration, and prosecution or defense of fraudulent conveyance/preference claims as well as other insolvency related litigation issues. Mr. Salzman has served as lead or co lead counsel to debtor in possessions in notable representative chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, Mr. Salzman is also admitted to practice before the Third and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Northern District of Ohio and to the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern District of West Virginia. A 1978 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a 1983 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Salzman has been selected by his peers to be included in the Best Lawyers in America. |
