Mr. Rothberg is responsible for managing the origination, structuring and funding of all structured and principal transactions. Mr. Rothberg oversees the group that originates, structures and funds debt and equity financing for various asset types and classes of commercial real estate nationwide. With more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, Mr. Rothberg has structured in excess of $1 billion of sophisticated real estate and finance transactions nationwide. Prior to joining CFA Capital Partners, Mr. Rothberg has lent his expertise in real estate financing to various different mortgage private lending institutions. Mr. Rothberg began his career with Legg Mason Real Estate Services, Inc. where he grew to Vice president of the mortgage debt department. Mr. Rothberg also held the position of Vice President for Goedecke Larew & Co, LLC a boutique, institutional real estate financing company. Mr. Rothberg earned his BS in Real Estate Finance and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut. |
