David Robinson brings nearly 20 years of experience in business management development, and incubation, sales and acquisitions, corporate management, staff recruiting and development, finance, and technology. Most recently, Mr. Robinson was the founder and chief executive officer of PhatPipe, Inc., a leading provider of affordable broadband technology and services to owners of industrial real estate and their customers. He incubated PhatPipe, recruiting all senior staff and other company founders while successfully securing more than $18 million in financing during the first 18 months of company operation. Mr. Robinson successfully recruited senior management who ultimately rolled PhatPipe into Cypress Communications, now a division of US RealTel. Prior to founding PhatPipe, Mr. Robinson provided strategic consulting services for real estate, government, and private industry. Mr. Robinson has raised or assisted in raising significant equity capital for a variety of companies in the industrial, entertainment, telecommunications, and specialty sectors.

Before his tenure as a private consultant, Mr. Robinson served as chief operating officer for a private environmental consulting firm where he oversaw technical, finance, and administrative personnel and daily operations of the company. Additionally, he successfully acquired, built, and profitably sold several laboratory operations. Mr. Robinson has a bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Utah.
