At Packeteer, Inc., Puglia architected and executed the company's strategic acquisition and marketing plans, to increase market share and overall company growth in the WAN Application Delivery Market. Puglia's prior marketing leadership experience also includes a position as senior vice president of global marketing at Aspect Communications, where he helped to grow and position the company as a worldwide leader in contact center solutions, tenure as vice president of marketing at Aurigin, Inc., and senior director of product management and marketing at Oracle Corporation.
