David Pomerantz has 21 years of experience in strategic planning, finance, operations, business process re-engineering, and performance improvement. Mr. Pomerantz is a partner in Clear Financial Solutions, which provides CFO and SEC reporting solutions to companies with revenues up to $100 million. Prior to joining Clear Financial, he was providing consulting services for small to middle-market companies in the areas of finance, financial management, performance enhancement, strategic planning and execution, management and incentive compensation.
Mr. Pomerantz has advised a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for General Solutions, LTD. While there, he directed, administered and coordinated all activities of the operations organization and created structures and processes to manage current operations and plan for future growth. As CFO, he directed the organization’s financial planning, accounting, HR and administrative practices and relations with lending institutions and financial advisors. Additionally, Mr. Pomerantz has held various senior roles with Mann Frankfort Stein and Lipp Advisors, PRS International, Tyco International, Watt Industries, and Jamko Service Corporation.
Mr. Pomerantz received a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of Texas-Austin. |
