Mr. Pellone is an experienced financial executive with a track record of success with technology companies. He has extensive experience as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer with a number of companies. His prior work experience includes Condor Power Supplies Incorporated, Flash Electronics Incorporated, RAE Systems Incorporated, AG Associates, Incorporated and the Medical Products and Services Division of 3M Corporation. He has also consulted with several companies, including WorldHeart, in areas ranging from public reporting to internal controls compliance. Mr. Pellone has a BBA from Kent State University and an MBA, Accounting and Finance from the University of Santa Clara. |
