As Vice President and CFO of LiquidHub, a systems integrator and technology consultancy, Dave manages the strategic and tactical financial decisions of the Company. Prior to joining Liquid Hub in January 2008, Dave was the CFO of Longview Solutions Inc., a venture-backed global provider of Corporate Performance Management solutions to large enterprises. While at Longview, he completed various debt and equity offerings, helped restructure the Company, assisted in acquiring a UK based technology firm, and was a key contributor to the business culminating with its eventual sale to Exact Software in 2007. Before joining Longview in 2001, Dave was the CFO for Milestone Partners, a private equity firm, where his primary focus was strategic acquisitions and related due diligence, financing alternatives, operational oversight, portfolio company capitalization, and investor relations. Prior to this, Dave spent three years with Shared Medical Systems as the International Controller, based in Madrid, Spain. In this role he directed the finance function of the Company's international operations having revenues of approximately $160 million and doing business in ten different countries. Dave's responsibilities included strategic planning, financial reporting, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, treasury and tax planning. Dave started his career with Arthur Andersen and spent eight years with the firm in various roles culminating with Manager, where he specialized in publicly traded clients in the technology, distribution and manufactured products sectors.Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance from Drexel University. |
